Wall printing for business
Your logo, brand or imagery printed straight onto the wall. No wallpaper, no stickers, no seams.
A wall print is not decoration you buy on top of a building, it is a finish. We drive a mobile UV printer to your premises and print the image directly onto the wall. The ink cures under UV light as the printer moves, so there is no drying time, no smell and no reason to close. Below: what it costs, how it runs, and what it means for your building.
What it costs
We publish our rates, because you want to know where you stand before you call. The price is a fixed setup cost of 325 euro per project plus a flat rate per square metre. The total surface decides which tier you fall into, and that single rate then applies to every metre.
A 12 m² reception wall falls in the 6 to 15 m² tier at 145 euro per m². That is 1,740 euro plus the 325 euro setup, so 2,065 euro excluding VAT. File check, test print, travel within 50 km, setup and calibration are all inside that setup cost.
Surcharges apply only when relevant: exterior facade including protective coating adds 20 euro per m², weekend or evening work adds 25 percent, and travel beyond 50 km is 60 cents per kilometre. Minimum order is 2 m².

Photo and dimensions
Send a photo of the wall and its measurements to contact@wallvision.be. You get a quote with the rate per m² and a schedule within two working days.

Design and colour proof
You supply a file or we design one. Preparing your own file for print is free. You approve a colour proof before anything reaches the wall.
- 03
Preparing the wall
Cleaning and degreasing, so the ink bonds properly. This happens on the day itself, right before printing, and is done quickly.

Printing on site
The printer travels along the wall, building the image in CMYK plus white. A 15 m² wall is done in one working day. No smell, no dust, no noise.
- 05
Handover
We walk through the result with you and clear up. The print is dry and touch-ready immediately. A protective coating can be added on request.

What it means for your building
You do not have to close
The ink is solvent-free, GREENGUARD-compliant and virtually odourless. Colleagues can keep working in the same room. Out-of-hours work is possible at a 25 percent surcharge.
Almost any flat wall works
Painted plaster, concrete, gypsum, brick, glass, steel and light textures. Up to 3.6 metres high, and virtually unlimited in width. Higher is possible with scaffolding, quoted separately. Unsure about your wall? Send a photo and we will look at it free.
Expected to last ten years
Indoors we count on ten years or more, based on the specification of the UV-cured ink. Around five years outdoors with a protective coating. How long it actually stays sharp depends on light, substrate and use.
Removing it means painting over it
Moving, or rebranding? Paint over it with ordinary wall paint. No demolition, no adhesive residue, no plaster to repair.

The reception wall, the corridor to the meeting rooms, the room where you receive candidates. Usually brand identity, a mission in lettering, or imagery that shows the work rather than describing it. University of Exeter research found people in an enriched workspace were 17 percent more productive than in a bare one, and 32 percent when they were allowed to arrange the space themselves.
