Wallvision ("we", "us", "our"), established in Belgium, values the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy explains which data we collect, why we collect it, how we process it and what rights you have.
This policy has been drafted in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Belgian Law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

3. What data do we collect?
Contact details: name, email address, phone number and optionally company name when you fill in our contact form or contact us directly.
Project data: information about your project, such as photos of the space, desired designs and dimensions, which you share with us in the context of a quotation or assignment.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and time of visit, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our cookie policy).
Billing data: name, address, VAT number and bank details in the context of the execution of an agreement.
4. Purposes and legal basis
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
Performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): processing your request, preparing and executing quotations, carrying out projects and handling invoicing.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): improving our website and services, analysing website usage and securing our systems.
Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): sending newsletters or commercial communications, if you have given explicit consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): complying with accounting and tax obligations.
5. Sharing data
We do not share your personal data with third parties unless this is necessary for the performance of the agreement (e.g. subcontractors), we are legally obliged to do so, or you have given explicit consent.
If we use processors (e.g. hosting providers, email services), we conclude a processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. Your data is in principle not processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
6. Retention periods
We do not store your personal data longer than necessary. Contact details from enquiries are stored for a maximum of 2 years. Billing data is stored for 7 years in accordance with Belgian accounting legislation. Technical data is stored for a maximum of 12 months.

Under the GDPR and Belgian privacy legislation, you have the following rights:
Right of access: You can request which personal data we process about you.
Right to rectification: You can have incorrect or incomplete data corrected.
Right to erasure: You can request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), unless we are legally obliged to retain the data.
Right to restriction: You can request the restriction of processing of your data.
Right to data portability: You can request to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Right to object: You can object to the processing of your data based on legitimate interest.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or alteration. Our website uses SSL encryption.
