Wall printing at the office: how to create an inspiring workspace
Wall printing transforms a grey office into a brand experience that motivates teams and impresses visitors. Discover applications, ROI and case studies.

An office is no longer just a collection of desks, it is a brand statement and a place where talent should feel at home. Wall printing changes the visual baseline of a workspace fundamentally in a single day.
Why office design matters visually
University of Exeter researchers compared bare offices with spaces containing art and plants. People in the enriched space were 17% more productive than those in the lean one, and those allowed to arrange the space themselves were 32% more productive, with no increase in errors. Gensler surveyed over 16,000 office workers across 15 countries and found that 90% of those who like their workspace say they are proud to work for their company, against 47% of those who feel disconnected from it. For a candidate walking in, your office is the first thing they see.

Five strategic applications
Reception as brand statement, themed meeting rooms, corridors as storytelling, zoning in open spaces, and atmospheric breakout zones.
Account for daylight, acoustic panels (these can be printed too) and existing furniture.
Branding vs art: what works best?
A common mistake is plastering logos everywhere. The best projects combine one strong brand statement at a key spot with conceptual prints elsewhere that express values without being literal.
Acoustics, light and materials
An office is not an empty canvas. Account for daylight, acoustic panels (these can be printed too) and existing furniture. We always do a light measurement and 3D visualisation first.
Turnaround and operational impact
A 15 m² print is finished in one workday, often a Friday or weekend. No glue, no smell, no drying time. The space is fully usable Monday morning.
ROI: what does it deliver?
Three returns: employer branding (better Glassdoor and LinkedIn scores), client experience (more professional perception) and lifespan (10 years no maintenance).
Worked example
Say four walls totalling 28 m²: the company mission in lettering behind reception, an abstract image in two meeting rooms, and a photo wall along a corridor. At 28 m² the rate is €125 per m², plus the €325 set-up cost per project: €3,825 excluding VAT. At 15 m² per working day that is two days on site. This is a worked example using our published rates, not a completed project.
