Getting a wall print installed: from quote to delivery step by step

Getting a wall print installed sounds complex but runs surprisingly smooth when you know what to expect. This is how a job at Wallvision runs, from first contact to delivery.

Step 1: First contact and briefing

You send an email to contact@wallvision.be with a photo of the wall, the dimensions and any inspiration or design. Within 24 hours you receive a first reply with targeted questions to understand your project. No sales talk, just the info we need.

Step 2: No-obligation quote

Based on your input we make a detailed quote with the price per square meter, any extras like preparation or varnish, and an estimated timeline. Fully transparent, no hidden costs. You decide whether to proceed without pressure.

On the agreed day we arrive on site with our mobile wall printer.

Step 3: Design phase

Do you have a design already? We review it for printability and give feedback on resolution and colour profile. No design? We work together or via an external designer on a concept that fits your space. You get 2 to 3 visualizations before we start.

Step 4: Installation and surface preparation

On the agreed day we arrive on site with our mobile wall printer. We check the wall, clean and degrease it. This ensures optimal adhesion and color reproduction. Preparation takes 1 to 2 hours depending on the wall.

Step 5: The printing itself

The printer is positioned in front of your wall and starts printing layer by layer. An average 15 m² wall is done in one working day. You can keep working in another space meanwhile. The process is low-noise and fully odorless.

Step 6: Inspection and delivery

After printing we check the result together with you. If desired we add a protective varnish for extra wear resistance. We clean everything up and your wall is immediately ready for use. No drying time, no waiting period.

Total turnaround

From first contact to delivery you usually count 1 to 3 weeks. The printing itself takes one working day. The rest is design and planning. For rush projects we can often deliver within a week.

In closing

Getting a wall print installed is much simpler than construction or wallpaper work. At Wallvision we guide you in every step, transparent and without hassle. Ready to start? Send us your photo and we begin your project.
